Customers are required to carefully read and understand the terms of our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and to discontinue using Boxum. The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification, and you agree to be bound by these terms by initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on Boxum.


Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 6 hours of placing the order
(before 8:00 PM on the same day or before 11:00 AM on the next day).

Returns Policy

This policy does not apply to custom printed orders.
All custom printed and personalized orders are non-returnable.

Since your order is specially printed for you with logo personalization, returns are not accepted.

If the product received is not as per the declared specifications or quality, a refund will be processed only after verification by our quality experts to ensure the authenticity of the complaint.

In such cases:

  • The product must be returned to us

  • A full refund (excluding courier/shipping charges) will be issued after receipt and quality inspection

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure safe delivery. However, if an item ordered from Boxum is delivered in a damaged condition, please:

We will coordinate with the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim if applicable.
Once the claim is approved and the damaged material is received back, a replacement will be sent.


Timeline and Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the same payment method used while placing the order.
